Now listen, before we get knees deep into the recipe I want to make sure we are on the same page...okay? This recipe is not your typical barbeque recipe, mostly because it is vegan but greatly because it is raw...and this is not traditional.

Ingredients!

  • 1 Roma Tomato *Peeled*

  • 1 teaspoon Raw palm (coconut) sugar

  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/8 cup Molasses

  • 2 heaping teaspoons Smoked Spanish Paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 2 small Garlic Cloves (Can be subbed for 2 teaspoons of powder)

  • A sprinkle of Cayenne Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

Impotant notes!!
- If you are using fresh garlic, the sauce will swell and have to be recombined
The spice level depends on you, the more spice you have the more this sauce will taste
Can last in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days

Steps:
- Peel and Blend tomatoes unill you reach a smooth consistency
- Add your seasonings and blend again
-Test taste and adjust to taste

This yummy sauce can be used on many different dishes, I used mine on a Raw Plant-based Barbeque Sandwhich!! That link can be found here and omgg it is goodt!
